| Is it possible to have 2 separate video resolutions for 2 different users on the same computer in XP? So when user #2 logged in the icons, fonts, etc would be larger? Based upon the little experimenting I've done it doesn't appear so, but thought I'd ask around.
User #1 - 1280 x 1024
User #2 - 1024 x 768 (wears glasses)
Thanks Jim |

| Hi Lykele,
Check this info out...http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_userdisplay.htm
v2.0 - 11/13/2002 - This is a new, rewritten version of the application. Resolutions were added and it will now store your preferences for screen resolution, refresh rate and color depth.
This small utility will allow all users on your system to have their own screen resolution, and have this setting retained at each logon. This application is freeware.
Cheers

| You'd think they'd have that built into XP. In 98 you could have different resolutions couldn't you?

| I have 2 resolutions setup on my machine at home. I did it with 2 hardware profiles. 1 is at 1024 / 768 32bit and the other is at 800 / 600 16 bit.
To switch back and forth you need to reboot, but it was the easiest way I found. |
