| Hi everyone,
I have an annoying problem, not a major one but was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. I am running Windows XP Pro SP1 and have the theme set to classic mode. When my PC boots up and the icons display there is a dotted ring around the text of one icon, and if you click on different icons it moves around with the mouse pointer. I have checked all of the visual effects and they are all on, but i can't get rid of it. Any ideas?

| try this: r-click desktop/properties/appearance/effects
either check or uncheck the last box "Hide underlined..."
