| ad-aware 6 found a few registry keys i was wondering if I should delete them or not

| It is safe to delete any registry key that ad-aware finds.

EXPORT the effected keys by RIGHT clicking the key and exporting the registry in that section, then RIP IT OUT :-) you can always merge it back in.
while your there in regedit, you might see other things too, as long as you have an EXPORT (backup) of that section, do it. well unless its really really important :-) but those keys usually require alteration of permissions.

| While it IS safe to delete those two keys, theres really no point in doing so. I personally wouldent delete the second one, as it may or may not be used for automatically detecting WMP updates.

The Windows Media Player Client ID target is safe to delete. Removing it will not harm the functionality of WMP in any way. Ad-aware 6 will only blank out the ID number ... no other changes are made. If you remove this object, your WMP will continue to function just fine. If you prefer to have your ID transmitted, place this objects in the ignore list.
Regarding the Alexa object:
Alexa key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\internet explorer\extensions\{c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a}\ is the "Whats related links" feature on your Internet Explorer toolbar.
It's not a big deal, if you use it don't delete it. You can add it to the Ignore list if you want to keep it.
Alexa technology does use a 'web crawler' (bot) that records the information found on webpages accessed when the 'Whats related feature' is being used in Internet Explorer.
**When the 'Whats related feature' in IE is not being used, no information is sent to Alexa.
If you Reinstall IE
or Repair it will come back
Alexa's privacy policy.:
