OK,try the BitDefender Online Scanner.
If that doesn't work,try this:

Run Kaspersky Online Scanner using Internet Explorer.

In the opening page click on the 'Kaspersky Online Scanner' button [See image below].

In the next page click on the 'Accept' button [See image below].

Kaspersky will now install the program and update its database [See image below].

Once the above has finished installing click on 'My Computer' under 'Scan' [See image below].
This will start the program and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run until its completely finished.

Once the scan has finished click on 'Scan Report' then click on 'Save report as...' [See image below].
Save the report as a text file to your desktop.

Copy and paste the entire contents of that text file into your next reply.

Note:
Kaspersky Online Scanner does not provide an option to clean/disinfect your system,i need to see the scan results.

before you check my latest hijack this things seem to be working better but out of shear fear I am scared to death the attempt HP instructions for fixing at the 32 bit link after they came to the conclusion my MSI installer is corrupted.  I have tried it twice before I came to you and wanted your input as well for I sure don't want to come crying back here like a little girl.  So i

So Igot this error when attempting to install software that came with my HP made by HP photosmart essential however it was upgraded now to 3.0 and couldn't install it.  Here is the error:

Fatal error during installation.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program
required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your
           support personnel or package vendor.
           Please go to
http://www.hp.com/support for troubleshooting
information about "Fatal Error" and "MSI.HPPhotoSmartCore"

Then I was told it needed the MS Vista home premium 32 bit installer fix and gave me the link to it:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=5A58B56F-60B6-4412-95B9-54D056D6F9F4&displaylang=en

Tried it installed? or so I thought and still no luck.  I am only telling you this cause I wondered if this also could be part of my issues with my mouse and odd behavior:  but first things first finish what you and I started.
