| | I recently did some customizing of my task bar. I took most of my Desktop icons and placed them in the Quick Launch, I doubled the height, and I enabled the Desktop tool bar. However, since I enabled the Desktop tool bar, the Language bar will occasionally enable itself. I'll then go in and disable it, only for it to eventually re-enable itself. I'm certain that this is a glitch in XP because I regularly (at least twice a week) run scans with Norton Internet Security 2008, SpyBot Search & Destroy, SuperAntiSpyware, AdAware 2008, CW Shredder, and HiJackThis. Is it possible to completely remove the option of Language bar? I'm 99% sure that I'll never chose to enable it. |

| Click on Start/Control Panel/Regional and Language Options
Press the "Languages" tab, then the "Details" button.
Choose the "Langage Bar" button at bottom, and then uncheck "Show the language bar on the desktop"
Press "OK"
To remove it completely:
First create a new System Restore point.
Then click on Start/Run,copy and paste Regsvr32.exe /u msutb.dll into the 'Open:' space then press OK
