| | I noticed that when my computer starts up, my Norton and Search & Destroy programs are the last ones to load. I've read that several malicious programs alter the registry at start up. If this happens before S&D starts, then it's not being very useful. My question is: Is there some way to change the order of start up? |

| Hi CarolinaFaithful
Your Anti virus starts as a service and is running before the tray icon appears. There are programs available that will let you set the order that programs start, but I don't know enough about them to recommend one.

| | Thanks for the info Chilly Willy. I'll do some research on the start up programs. |
