Need help!

My friend's computer automatically shutdown after 2-5 secs. of opening computer.

How can I help my friend?

till where it goes...

after booting system

You need to provide more information. Exactly what happens and exactly when does it happen? Did this just start or has it always done this? If it just started, what is new since the last time the system worked correctly (new hw, sw, virus, etc)? The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to try to help.

Sorry if I dont have much information to give coz my friend is not home. I just remember a message box appear then the computer starts to turn off. Wait, I remembered a few words, something like "...access denied.." in the message box.

Maybe, it would be better if I collect more about the content of the message box so that I can send it here. But I have to wait for my friend.
