| I'm not sure if I'm in the correct topic forum, but today (and only today) my printer is really giving me a problem....I try to print something (or even when I try to make a copy, it's one of those all in one printers) it prints like one line every 30 sec. to a min. I just replaced the ink (black) cartridge and that's when it started the slow print....even when I try to make a color copy it's the same....Would you be able to help?

| It sounds to me as if the printer configuration changed from draft to quality. Try to find the print quality (I think in the properties for the printer) and give that a try. It uses less ink and the and prints 2-3 times as fast. For B&W printing most people dont care but color may look a little faded

| | exTI, THANK YOU for your reply to my post about the printer problem I was having. It was a stupid error (I guess on my part) the printer was not "reading" my new ink cartridge and everything was wacky until I pulled the cartridge, unplugged and turned off the printer, restarted the computer and plugged in printer and put the cartridge back in....so sorry to bother you guys...but I sure do appreciate it ya'll (yep from Texas -USA) keep up the great work (we computer dummies need ya)
