I'm having some problem with the monitor. After removing the main monitor plug (the big 3-pins one), i dont see the Fujitsu Siemens BIOS screen. And after the Windows XP bootscreen I dont see anything. Its completely black.
But when I restart the computer and press F8 just before the XP bootscreen and then go on to "Enable VGA mode", I'm able to see everything but my graphics card isn't working with this mode. I see everything big.
How do I fix this problem?

Thats how it should be. In safe mode the OS only loads the most basic built in drivers. Your video card is working only not in the higher resolutions. I would start by booting back into safe mode - going to device manager and removing the video card. Reboot and let windows re-detect the video card. Make sure you have the video drivers available.
