| I log in to the site but if I wish to post a new subject or add a reply I always have to log in again to post. Can anybody advise which particular setting I need to change, either in the board or PC settings. The O/S is Vista Premium.

| The same scenario happens to me after I log onto this site and browse a few posts. It seems that after the fifth or sixth link I click on, I notice that I'm no longer logged in and have to re-log on again. It doesn't matter if I'm on my laptop (Vista Home Premium) or another machine on my home network (XP Pro).
Since this happens to you (and probably to others and myself) it seems that it's not just an isolated incident. I always passed it off to a browser and plugin issue, rather than to "nip it in the bud" and pursue it further. I use the same version of Firefox and all the same plugins on all my machines and still have to log on more than once if I click on more than a few links.
It's not a big deal for me, so don't feel that there's something wrong with your computer. Because you're not alone on this.

| Fine. Just wondered if it was my setup. Will just pass it off as a minor irritation that happens.
