| It should install. My friend had that other fingerprint scanner (one that is flagged by SP1) and the dl installed on his pc.  A backup is the best plan, I must agree. If you get the chance, snag Veesta Business edition. It has a built in backup util and lacks the "*edited* features" of Ultimate(media center, etc) .
