Anil:

If I understand what you're asking, the answer is simple -- NO.

Vista has made some really major changes in the underlying architecture of the OS, and replaced some XP-era programs with completely different Vista-based programs. In addition, Vista does not provide the tweaks, nor do any third-party apps, to change the menu structure, the panel contents, and the right-click options to match what was back in XP.

What CAN be done is what you've already been told -- to change the appearance of Vista to look like XP.

If you're users are uncomfortable with how Vista works (i.e., menus, programs, features), the only workable solution is to replace the Vista installations with XP.
