| do you mean like the "vista transformation pack" for xp except "xp transformation pack" for vista? hmmm not really sure if they made anything like that or if skinning explorer in vista is even possible...

| Users in my office are feeling difficulty in using vista so I don't want to install XP on any users PC so any method or tweaks to change it completely to XP but vista should remain as it is...

| few steps or ok in the above links or ok....
but how to make drives other interfaces like copying , any pop ups, installation method, how to remove tat side bar completely, and other things... |

If I understand what you're asking, the answer is simple -- NO.
Vista has made some really major changes in the underlying architecture of the OS, and replaced some XP-era programs with completely different Vista-based programs. In addition, Vista does not provide the tweaks, nor do any third-party apps, to change the menu structure, the panel contents, and the right-click options to match what was back in XP.
What CAN be done is what you've already been told -- to change the appearance of Vista to look like XP.
If you're users are uncomfortable with how Vista works (i.e., menus, programs, features), the only workable solution is to replace the Vista installations with XP. |
