When my computer is booting up and the welcome screen is showing, programs or services windows is doing show up in writing under the word welcome.Also the same writing shows as windows shuts down.Can anyone tell me how to stop this

The tweakUI from Microsoft also allows you to hide the email message info too!

2008 is the year of the 48, again!
