| | This Tweak needs to be noted that it does NOT work in Vista Home Premium (most likely Basic and Business too - I know it works in Ultimate)through the gpedit.msc way. There may another way through the registry but I am not sre of it. http://tweakvista.com/Article39215.aspx |

| Vista Home Basic and Vista Home Premium are similar to WinXP HE and WinXP MCE in not having the same Server-based Networking functions as Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, Vista Enterprise and WinXP Pro. Group Policy Editor is missing in the first 4 Operating Systems as they are not intended to be workstations on Server-based Networks.

| | Aww, thanks for clarifying that for me. I was just wondering if someone can edit that tweak and any others that need a specific version of Vista/XP. I was helping a friend with his Vista (Home Premium) by using the posts on Tweak Vista. I come here all the time trying out the new stuff and found that particular one neat. I used it on my Vista (Ultimate) and like it. Tried using it on his and no such luck until I looked around on the net. All I'm saying is that, can that one be edited to let people know that its only for Ultimate? |

| It probably could be changed to specify which versions but would have to be done by the Administrators of that site even though it appears to also be part of APCM.
