| I did the tweak for no names under desktop icons and now I have one folder on my desktop I just cant delete and its driving me insane.
I tried deselecting the read only in properties
i tried renaming it but I cant rename it
the folder is empty and all I can do w/ it is move it around on my desktop
its seriously driving me MAD!! please help!?!?!?!?

OK i tried something else. I tried creating a new folder and re-doing the tweak on it. unfortunately i got the wrong number of spaces and now have two of the empty undeletable folders on my desktop..... grr.... but when I did get it right the second try it asked me if i wanted to replace the folder and i said yes. then tried deleting.... nothing happens... still there... but now there are a total of two empty folders on my desktop that cant be deleted... moved.... renamed.... anything

ok.... good to know... its not just on your desktop... any time you make a folder w/ no name this happens..
I think ive found my first official bug.
please help me squish it?
I now have 3 folders to get rid of.... and two are right on my desktop! :'(

i fixed it.... lol
i formatted my hard drive
