| Just for a bit of fun, I tried out the Windows Experience Index hack described on the TweakVista.com site at http://www.tweakvista.com/Article39183.aspx.
However, when I went to update my Index score so that it would return to normal and reflect my system's actual capabilities, it still came up with the fake score of 9.9.
I attempted this several times, but the score failed to produce an accurate result.
How do I reverse this hack?

| Right click on cmd, and select run as Administrator
Type in "winsat formal" sans "
press the enter key.
Saves in c:\windows\performance\WinSAT\DataStore
This should fix your problem. It worked for me.
