| First click on Add Topic or Add Reply,which ever applies,you'll see an image similar to below.
You should see the 'Edit Attachments' button at the bottom,click on that.
You'll then see the image below.
To upload your attachment click on the 'Browse' button.
You'll then see an image similar to the one below.
Navigate to the file you want to attach to your post and double click on it.
Then press the 'Upload Attachments' button.
Wait for your file to upload,you'll then see something similar to the image below:
Exit the 'Insert Attachments' box,then post your reply/topic.
