| | I have tried right clicking on the desktop and selecting advance when customizing the desk top but the selection is invalid. somehow I have lost the ability to find the folder. Can you help |

| It appears you've left out some of the steps you took to arrive at the problem. Quite important to be precise in describing what you did and the version of Windows you are using.

| Right click an empty area of your desktop. Choose Properties>> Desktop tab>> Customize Desktop button>> General tab.
Place a checkmark next to the item that you would like an icon to appear on your desktop. Your choices are:
* My Computer
* My Documents
* My Network
* Internet Explorer
In this case, place a checkmark next to "My Computer". |
