| | Hi everyone, I have a little annoying problem ever since I accessed msconfig and turned off a few unwanted start-up programs: after every restart a small pop-up starts in the program-taskbar, from the windows defender, telling me that it blocked start-up programs... How can I stop it from doing that every single time I restart the computer? Any help would be appriciated!  Thanks! PS: I'm using 32-Bit Vista Ultimate. |

| Launch Windows Defender.
Click 'Tools',and then click 'Options'.
Under "Choose if Windows Defender should notify you about:",select the options you want,and then click 'Save'.
Under "Choose when the Windows Defender icon appears in the notification area:", select the options you want,and then click 'Save'.
