Hi everyone, this is my first time posting, but I am searching far and wide on the internet for helpfor my problem. I am getting a shutdown message every so often saying my computer will shutdown in 60 seconds, the shutdown is initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM, and the system process C://WINDOWS/system32/services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 1073741819. I usually stop this shutdown by running shutdown -a, but it still happens. In addition to that explorer.exe crashes sometimes, and sometimes does not load at all upon start up, and I get a service and controller app error as well.

Also about 20 things tried to run upon start up, but I denied them. They were OE_WMPDRM_INSTALL(differnent numbers here for different start up entries), OE_WMPWMDM_INSTALL_(differnet numbers), OE_WMPWMFSDK_INSTALL_(different numbers), OE_WMPWMP7_INSTALL_(numbers), and last Srvc. I used AVG, adaware, spybot s&d, ccleaner, and cwshredder to try and get rid of this problem, but none of it has worked. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I just want to have a clean computer again!

Welcome
Download and install HijackThis 1.99.1
This is a self-extracting version which will automatically install HJT to C:\Program Files\Hijackthis by default,a desktop shortcut will also be created.
Launch Hijack This and press:'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
Notepad will pop up showing the Hijack This log.
Copy and paste the contents of that log into the Hijack This Logs forum, not here.
You'll also find the 'hijackthis' logfile in C:\Program Files\Hijackthis.
