| One thing that doesn't help in the identification is it is not in English.
The Taskbar has been moved to the top of the screen from its normal position at the bottom. It's a very 'dark' theme [as in ominous], don't think it's anything Microsoft put out. Most likely it's a download from some Web site. |

| The Media player that is at the bottom of the screen is Jet Audio! Its Amazing...Even I use that one!

| A word of warning.
I strongly advise anyone from downloading/installing anything from themexp.org
Most of it,if not all, is loaded with Adware.
See below after downloading and scanning the above theme install file 162705.exe:
