Well, this is interesting.  Perhaps there is a reason for this of which I am unaware.

I am trying to reply to a question in the Windows XP SP2 Support Forum; however, I am unable to do so.  I thought maybe it had something to do with my browser cookies, so I logged out and back in, but the problem persists.

I later discovered that, not only was I unable to post a possible solution to the poor guys problem, but I am also unable to even post a new topic within the same forum!  The buttons to do so simply do not appear.

I am able to post and reply in all the other forums I've visited.  Is this a feature by design?  Is that forum scheduled for removal?

The newest post in that forum is 6 months old. That forum is closed to new posts and all SP2 questions should now be posted in the General Windows forum. Service Pack 2 is no longer a new release and does not require a separate forum for new questions, but that forum will remain available for reference purposes.
