Hi all!
I wonder if there are people who share my thoughts in here. I've been a member of this forum for about 2 years or so, I am not really proactive member but I do post some requests from time to time. Now what i wanna say is that last couple of post I didn't get any replies, and I noticed that few other guys felt the same. For example, a year or so back a post would get a reply within minutes, honestly. But now it feels like those guys who CAN help just stopped doing so! I don't know, may be they're pissed off at something, but the main point is that this forum doesn't feel as friendly as it was before. Sorry if I offended anyone, that's just hoow I feel.

What differentiates this forum from similar forums on the web is that we try to hold down guessing or non sequitur replies to a minimum. If someone knows the answer to your question you will receive a reply. Otherwise your post may go unanswered. You can always bump it after 24 hours if you like.

An unanswered question is not a sign of our "not being friendly". It's a sign of a more professional attitude than Neowin or other similar forums. When you get an answer here you can generally trust it.

As for me, I have only been a member a week and have received some of the best advise I ever had and didn't even ask for it.  I'm learning almost as much from the posts as a personal instructor.  I know I am not totally experienced so I can't answer most of the questions but it is not that I don't care, I just don't know that much yet.

I think if a member replies to a question he should have an honest feeling that he knows what he is talking about.  At least no one has gave me any negative feedback other than for my own security.

I believe I will stay around awhile.
