i am on windows xp sp2 not sp1 but i need to know what services not to disable but what to disable for networking and gaming

here is a good suggestion - im no admins/moderator here but the list is a good one - alot of reading involved in the tweeking for a gameing machine - ive got well into 40 plus hours - {tweeks}this site is great and blackvipers settings for a "safe" machine is good to start with
