| The image needs to be hosted on the web. Then you add a link to it in your signature, by clicking the "Insert Image" button on the text editor.
FYI: Please make sure it is a reasonable size. For example, the above picture you posted is MUCH too big. It should be around 500x100 pixels, and less than 50kb in size (give or take).
