Ok, i have 2 problems. My pc running on Wins 98 os, recently my pc was attacked by SpySheriff (don't ask me where i got it). My SpySweeper cleaned and remove it, but everytime i turn on my pc, this error popup = ibm00001.exe not found. I'd try many ways to solve this problem (using guide from other forum) but this popup still occur everytime i log on my pc.

Another problem is about kernel32.dll, i really don't know what's the problem. When i running some program such as Yahoo Messenger, this error pop up =
