Microsoft says that Windows Vista is going to have a better firewall than XP but how does it work? does it have new features? I am just asking you guys which have the beta.

Hi. It's true that the Vista is going to have better firewall than XP. The Windows XP firewall is working on way that is blocking the internet access to the installed application. It does not block the apps totally so you can let the application connect to the Internet. But there are apps that Windows XP firewall cannot block communication with the web and the hackers could use this vulnerability to get into your computer. So the Windows Vista firewall will probably have opportunity to block the application that Windows XP's one cannot, but It is good you to install another firewall. Or Kaspersky Anti Hacker and the Windows Firewall are great combination.
