| I have had medal of honour for about 2 yrs now and just recently i have come across a serious problem.
When I connect to a server the game just stays on the "connecting..." screen and will not load the map, i've tried using gamespy, ASE, xfire and the actual game browser but they all still stay on the "connecting..." screen. The game doesnt lock-up as such it just will not enter the server and start loading the map.
Is there any way i can sort this problem without reinstalling ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

| Welcome to TweakXp aownitro,
Have you always been able to access the server & play on-line previously ?
If so, have you made any hardware/software changes or tweaks recently ?
Are you connected to the Internet via a Router / software firewall ?

| Yes i have always been to play online, this is the only prolem i have ever had.
I am connected to the internet through a cable modem and my firewall is zonealarm. I know a lot of people have had problems with zonealarm but it has full access to the internet.
I know it is connecting to the internet otherwise it would say "server connection timed out".
I know its not the host because i have tried many servers like "multiplay.co.uk", "jolt" etc so i know it is a problem on my end.
My friends tell me that, even though it shows me no sign of loading the map or entering the server, it puts me in spectator mode with a ping of 999.
i have not made any recent changes or software or hardware so im baffled.
All the time i've played this game i've never known anybody have this sort of problem so once again any help would be much appreciated.
