When i try to open a GTA VC on my computor, the screen turns black as it usually does when it opens a game, but 2 seconds later it returns to the desktop.

I meet all the system requirements!

My system:

P4 Intel 2.8 Ghz

Graphics Radeon 9200 64mb

512 mb 400 mhz pc3200

++

It could be a drivers problem. Have you updated your video card drivers? Also, you need DirectX 9.
