This is what I get when I try to install SP2 on my boss' Dell Precision.  The error message says that the ftp.exe is in use by another application and to terminate that application to retry or continue installation.  Well after running all sorts of spyware, virus scan, boot ups in safe mode, disabling all programs during boot up using msconfig utility. nothing has worked.  Any ideas>> frustrated...
