I've set mine by first clicking Organize followed by Layout then Menu Bar.

After getting the Menu Bar visible I've clicked View, Sort By and chose Details. There's other settings you can try.

Hello ALL:

Would someone tell me how to customize the content of windows explorer, especially "Favorite Links" and "Folders" in the left pane.
