I found this download. Really not sure if it's what I need. Will you check it out and see if it might could help my problem or not. And let me know what you think. Thanks

Hello,

I can not get my computer to play Streming Video on any players. I have tried Media Player, real one, and DivX , all give the same message:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").

Would you please help me get this going?
