I took most of my Desktop icons and placed them in the Quick Launch, I doubled the height, and I enabled the Desktop tool bar. However, since I enabled the Desktop tool bar, the Language bar will occasionally enable itself. I'll then go in and disable it, only for it to eventually re-enable itself. I'm certain that this is a glitch in XP because I regularly (at least twice a week) run scans with Norton Internet Security 2008, SpyBot Search & Destroy, SuperAntiSpyware, AdAware 2008, CW Shredder, and HiJackThis. Is it possible to completely remove the option of Language bar? I'm 99% sure that I'll never chose to enable it.
