I have been reading around about users, users groups, group policies, and so forth but it seems pretty advanced even though I have been using Windows since 3.11

Anyway, is there a way to password lock a folder?

Alternatively I would like to know of an easy way to make it so that this or that user can't access it. I tried making a new user profile, but you can only choose admin or user. I tried making a new user group, but where do you set what they can and cannot do? Googling and searching through Help&Support didn't help me much.
