There is something to do with people receiving genetic information from some aliens, and instructions on how to mix them with human genetics, so they do.<br /> <br /> It starts of with a small girl in some sort of tank, then a army man (some soft of general) orders it be killed, possibly due to its fast growth. It then escapes and mutates into an alien on a train, and takes over another body (or something like that).<br /> <br /> There is a team set up by this general, where a few of the people are scientists, and another is some kind of hitman, where they ordered to kill it.
