Click on the Start button > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad. Once Notepad opens, copy and paste the commands (not including "Quote:") into Notepad. Click on the File Menu in the upper left corner, and select Save As... Name it reset.cmd and make sure to change the file type to all files. Save it into the same folder that you extracted subinacl.exe to.

Thnaks I created the reset file as instructed but for some reason Icant paste the script you provided into the folder.

Uninstalling AVG problem

Hi Iam trying to uninstall AVG as my anti virus program as it appears to use a large amount of resource and replace it with a different program however it keeps coming up with following error message

Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows: creating registry key....
Error 0x80070005

Any help lease?
