I like to tackle them myself before seeking other help and have had some success. I'm here because of Windows Vista--I just didn't believe all the stories about Vista problems...and boy, was I wrong!</P><P>I just got a ThinkPad T61 with the Vista Business OS. It's quite beautiful, but loading pages from the internet is horrible! I thought maybe SP1 would fix things and when I started the download, it said it would take 24 hours.
