Trying to contact TweakXP Support

I am trying to reinstall Tweak XP on my PC. I purchased it 7/07, but when I try to install it now, I am prompted that my s/n is invalid. When I try to email support, I get a system error. Who can I email to get my S/N working again. Thanks

I've posted here before and found it very helpfull, you guys are damn cool!

(I kinda forgot my password and have had to re-register....)

Don't want to sound thick, but where would be an appropriate place to post for help with my Laptop-XP is acting up and is hanging, has 4kb bad sectors and programs take uber long to load. Not to mention start up takes around 3 minutes and the Windows tune is all garbled.....

If anyone can tell me the best place to post my dilema, please do so!

I am a moderately knowledgeable computer user, but have no formal training in computer use or technology. I work from a home office, so I have to find solutions to my problems myself. I spend ridiculous amounts of time trying to find the solution myself, and that is how I find forums such as this.

I have learned a fair amount for not having any formal training, but I do have to be given pretty specific instructions if the fix involves registry changes or things such as that.

I appreciate any help anyone is willing to offer.

I'm so-so with computers and have spent hours figuring out fixing problems. I like to tackle them myself before seeking other help and have had some success. I'm here because of Windows Vista--I just didn't believe all the stories about Vista problems...and boy, was I wrong!

I just got a ThinkPad T61 with the Vista Business OS. It's quite beautiful, but loading pages from the internet is horrible! I thought maybe SP1 would fix things and when I started the download, it said it would take 24 hours. So, I've been looking for help and found this site.

I am a longtime computer Maintenance (ie hardware) professional, started 1970 in USNavy. My knowledge of PC's is somewhat limited as most of what I know about them is seat of the pants learning. I was [i]right-sized[/i] 2 years ago from a large mainframe/pc company. My newest PC is a P3, but it suffices for my needs. Browsing, mostly in politics and computer geek arenas.

Bonjour to all, Willythecat here (France that is).

Used to delve into computers over 30yrs ago now, and have forgotten all of the basics. Things have changed so much that l'm completely out of touch and am now a novice silver surfer!

Having mega problems with my audio (computer that is, not ears!) and have joined, in desperation, with the hope that some wizz might help me. I'll have a look at the forums and will put my query in the most appropriate one.
