How and when did you lose the ability to use punctuation and upper case letters?
Makes your post a little bit hard to read and understand.

Can you please describe the actual problem somewhat more detailed. Also look in event viewer (Start - Run - eventvwr.msc - OK ) for errors and when the problem occurs again try to find out via Task Manager if any process is eating an unusual amount of CPU power.

system problems

sorry about my proper grammer but i was trying to get to work without being late and i as trying to type fast.
