Repeating Security Error...

I've been getting this security error in the Event Viewer for a while, everytime I connect to the internet. Can someone tell me what this means?

IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the complete list of network interfaces on the machine. Also, I've been getting many, many errors like this, sometimes several in a minute. Any ideas?

Bulldog's link is a good place to start. I would need a lot more info about your network setup to be able to respond.
