Desktop Item will not delete

i have a pesky icon on my moms computer that will not go away.

Its a "Share-to-Web Upload Folder" by HP. When i click it, it open a window that is located not in the C: drvie area, but at the bottom of the drop down menu right under the recycle bin.

im using Y'z dock for my desktop icons, so i need this gone.

Uninstall that portion software from add/remove programs or the original CD.
