guys,

I've been fooling around with two different monitors, and noticed that my added desktop toolbar would no longer show up after the monitor shuffling. The desktop toolbar itself I added, which is just multiple links and files. However, since installing the new video drivers for the dual monitors, the toolbar will open when I hover my mouse over it (per my user setting), but nothing appears inside it. I've included two pictures so you can see how it should look, and how it presently looks. So my question to all you experts out there - how do I close/get rid of the dead toolbar if I can't right-click on it to close it?

Good Toolbar
Bad Toolbar

Any help would be greatly appreciated...this is somewhat annoying.
