Pick something you're good at and something you know about. It helps if it's the kinda thing that will engage whoever's watching, but it's more important to be confident and knowledgable.

A cousin of mine recently had to do something similar for an interview at a training company. He chose an old childhood hobby of his - magic. He could have picked one of his current hobbies - furniture-making - but it was kinda large to bring in for an interview. His other hobbies (eating, sleeping, smoking and annoying the cat) wouldn't have looked too flash.

A friend of mine once did "The anatomy of an orange", unusual, and he got to eat the orange as well.

lol, well, Ive never done anything like that for an English Final, its the traditional Poetry study and Novels and stuff....

anyway, yea, I would agree with Sanx, something you enjoy.

Its going to be alot more effective towards the audience, as you will look like you enjoy presenting it, rather than looking like you HAVE to do it - I find that extreamly annoying: I presentation with no enthusiasm.

If your enjoying it and smiling, then it rubs off on the audience, they start to enjoy it too.

Also Sanx said be confident, yes yes and yes, the more confidence, the better, it will be louder, and more comprehensible and clear.

If I was going to say one thing, I'd say dont rush, it makes it look cheap, tacky and untidy.

Hope we help here
