| I cant delete the the av.exe file, can someone plz help me |

| You will need to use HijackThis and remove the R1 Realphx and 04 C:\AV.exe entry the same as all the other threads. BUT do not reboot yet. Open taskmanager and end task on all instances of av.exe and mshta.exe
Then delete the C:\AV.exe file and reboot.
