| Have u fiddled around with the insides of your computer? Maybe when moving the computer around, one of the cables wiggled loose?
Open up the case, and check to make sure the cables are snugly attached to the CD drive. I do not know your level of experience, so I will explain how (no offense if you know how)
*pop open the case. *check id the IDE cable (long, flat, usually gray, wire) is connected firmly to the CD drive, and the motherboard. *check to make sure the power cable (3 or 4 small round wires twisted around eachother, ending in a white plastic connector) is pushed all the way into the drive.
Other than that, I dont know what else to do. Maybe someone else knoes the answer to this?
