| My computer can't seem to recognize my printer when i try to install it. I tried checking to see if plug and play service was on and was. I went to control panel and printer and faxes and tried to ad a printer but everytime i pressed on add printer it gave me a error "operation could not be completed". The printer came with the computer so i know it is supposed to be compatible. The printer is a usb connection. What seems to be the problem?

| Some printers require that the software (driver) be installed before connecting the printer. Not saying you haven't done this, but just in case....read the instructions that came with the computer & printer and make sure you follow them exactly.

| I tried to install the installation disk and tried to run it than a box pops up and says that it couldn't find setup.exe. What am i doing wrong? And why does it say and error everytime i press on add printer in the control panel/printer and faxes saying "operation could not be completed. |
