| Hello all,
I am having trouble getting the " Net Detect" scheduled task to run.
I have to run Live Update manually in Norton Antivirus 2002.
When I view the avtivity log in scheduled tasks the log reads:
"Symantec NetDetect.job" (NDETECT.EXE) 03/08/2003 2:48:00 PM ** ERROR ** The attempt to retrieve account information for the specified task failed; therefore, the task did not run. Either an error occurred, or no account information existed for the task. The specific error is: 0x8004130f: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler security database for the task indicated.
Any ideas on what the account information it is looking for is?
I have another PC running Norton with Win 98SE and the settings on that PC match this one and the Net Detect runs fine.
Thanks petefm |

| Did you configure a user account to run this task? 98 didn't require that.

| Hello relder,
There is only one user account, Pete, and it is a administrator account.
I,m not sure what you mean to "configure a user account to run this task?"
