Been getting flooded with pr0n in my email for the past couple months..I have all the anti-spyware utilities and such so in addition i guess i need some recomendations on some spam blockers for outlook.

I use "iHate Spam" (no space between i and Hate) , it does an excellent job for me. You can read about it and download a free 30 day trial below.
