Hi, is it possible to overclock or tweak my cable modem to get more speed ?

You can tweak your registry settings for more speed, just read my Braodband Internet Connection Tweaking thread. If you are talking about physically changing your modem then that would be uncapping which is illegal and won't be discussed here.
