having problems with trying to shut down windows websites and i have to use end tasks to close them out.then my end tasks window freezes up and then shuts down everything.i have every virus protection.but nothing seems to fix.anybody have and updates or ideas to fix this problem.

ps-i have every critical update downloaded

Are you trying to say that you can't close Internet explorer at certain websites (all websites)?  Try to explain a little bit more for all of us please.
